Product Description
A very rare and elegant tea service, Pattern #251, designed by Johan Rohde for Georg Jensen, Denmark c.1925-32.
Beautifully plannished surfaces, carved ebony handles and elaborate finials are some of the attractive features of this set. Note the subtle variations in the drops where the handles are attached to the bodies.
Fully hallmarked, with Johan Rohde's signature, for the period 1925-32.
In very good condition. No repairs, damage or monograms.
Dimensions: Teapot 9.25” high. Total weight (3 pcs): 1209 gms/39 Troy oz.
