Product Description
A fabulous sterling three-handled Athenic trophy by Gorham, c.1900.
The bold Art Nouveau floral and foliate chasing accentuated by the flowing lines gives this trophy great presence and vitality. The Athenic line was introduced in about 1901 as a more commercial
alternative to Martele but the similarities are very visible here.
In wonderful condition. No damage, repairs or inscription.
Fully hallmarked inside the foot.
Dimensions: 14.75" tall, 10.5" across handles. Weight 83 Troy oz.
