A very rare sterling Architectural repousse brides basket by A. G. Schultz & Co., Baltimore.
The repousse work is outstanding in both artistry and quality, depicting a variety of castles, 6 in total, amongst a forest of trees and shrubs, all framed by a wide range of floral work.
The decoration is still crisp and clear, with all the fine detail retained.
The patina, also, has been well preserved giving the entire basket a fabulous 3-dimensional quality.
Extremely good condition. Three-letter scrolling monogram, JNC.
