Shipping & Delivery

We ship items worldwide by international courier and airmail with the option of full insurance. Items are shipped either from the UK or USA, so buyers in those countries are charged domestic shipping costs only because we have a monthly shipment between the two countries. Shipping charges do not include duty, VAT, or insurance — these are the liability of the customer. If insurance is chosen, we charge an additional increment. Discounts are available for multiple purchases. No additional 'handling' charges are levied.

Please email us with your full shipping address for an accurate quote. Also include your telephone number, as all the agencies require it.

Your privacy is well protected at Albion Antiques. We are the sole owner of any information collected at from you. This information is held securely on our site and will not be disclosed in any way to a third party.

Return Policy

We guarantee that all items on this site are authentic and in the condition described. We take great pains to provide enough photographs and detailed descriptions of each article so that prospective buyers can make an accurate appraisal before deciding to purchase. Every item is shipped with a comprehensive invoice which includes the Inventory Number (SKU) so that buyers can always refer back to the description and pictures on the site. All sold items will be retained on the site for 30 days following the sale for this very purpose. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the article within seven days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Shipping charges will only be refunded if there is an error or omission in the description.


Ordering

There are two methods of ordering items:

  1. Via the website. You can register to open an account by submitting all the requested data, such as credit card details and billing and shipping addresses. Or, if it is going to be a one-off purchase, you can simply use the checkout process by following the instructions.
  2. Via email/telephone. Contact us directly with the inventory number(s) of your choice(s) and the above data. We will complete the order form and invoice upon payment, and both documents will be emailed/mailed to you.

Payment

Payment can be made in several ways:

  1. Cheque, Money Order or Wire Transfer
  2. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal are sometimes limited to $10,000. Some international transactions may not qualify for all the above methods, but that should not pose a problem to the honest customer(s).
  3. Please make PayPal payments to Michael.
  4. Bank/wire transfers can be made to Michael Smith.
